PSYCH-K® is a simple, yet powerful process to change subconscious beliefs that are self-limiting and self-sabotaging to beliefs that support you.
Consciously we may want to achieve and experience certain things, and subconsciously we may have habitual limiting beliefs that hold us back.
Some of your “negative programs” or self-sabotaging patterns – you might be aware of, yet you find it almost impossible to change those habits, despite will power, affirmations and good intentions.
PSYCH-K® can reprogram your subconscious mind with positive, supportive beliefs within minutes. It’s a way to swim with the tide, and get where you want to go in life a lot quicker and easier.  It can lead you to a new place of expanded potential in every area of your life!

What are limiting beliefs?

Your beliefs (in the widest non-religious sense) act as the filter through which you perceive reality, and create your experience. They are the cornerstones of your personality and shape your perception of yourself: for example, worthy or worthless, capable or in incompetent, belonging or outcast, independent or depended, flexible or judgmental, loved or hated, etc.

The subconscious mind is where our beliefs, attitudes and values are stored. And it is computing a million times faster than the our conscious, logical mind.
Neuroscience has shown that 95% of our behaviour is driven by our subconscious mind, which means that we are only consciously aware of 5% of our actions!

Our subconscious beliefs are formed from past experiences, mostly during the first 7 years of life, when we are still in a hypnagogic brain wave state taking in information without a conscious filter by observing the people around us such as parents, siblings and the community. This allows children to learn the complex rules necessary to survive and become functioning members of their family and society.

Problems arise, however, when we grow up and the beliefs that were originally keeping us safe are no longer needed and become self-limiting, or worse, self-sabotaging.

Sometimes our subconscious beliefs aren’t what we consciously think they are! We can think we are quite relaxed and yet our behaviour and what we say to others can be quite the reverse.
Start listening to what you say to yourself and others when you are stressed, it’s a great indicator of what beliefs you most probably have at the subconscious! Look at how your life is unfolding, are there repetitive patterns that you can notice? The PSYCH-K® process to CHANGE BELIEFS is easy, fast and non-invasive.

How does PSYCH-K® work?

PSYCH-K® is based on scientific findings in the field of neuro-psychology and brain research, i.e. the “split-brain theory” and the “brain dominance theory”.

According to Brain Dominance Theory, the two sides of the cerebral cortex specialize in processing different kinds of information, and deal with different types of problems. Most people are familiar with the concept that the left side of the brain is more logical and ordered, and that the right side is more creative, emotional and spontaneous.

Emotionally charged or stressful situations can result in reduced communication between the two sides of the brain, and a dominance of one side over the other.

PSYCH-K® Balances result in a “Whole-Brain -State” allowing both hemispheres of the cerebral cortex working together.

In this state of” super learning” you are able to respond to any situation with the full potential of your mind and cognitive ability. 

This “Whole-Brain-State” is also the key to re-writing and replacing self-limiting beliefs with self-supporting beliefs. The process to reprogram your brain is easy, fast and non-invasive.

PSYCH-K® is most effective for people who are really committed to getting results. It is best suited for people who are highly self-responsible and determined. 

Using the processes may require confronting frustrating, uncomfortable or unpleasant beliefs we hold about others or ourselves. It is best suited for people who are curious and willing to approach their life with openness and a loving desire to change.

PSYCH-K® calls us to step into our personal power and confront that which we may have been running from for a long time. If you’re ready to change, PSYCH-K® can work wonders in your life.

How many sessions do I need?

Most people start with three 1-hour sessions and space them 1-2 weeks apart. You want enough time to integrate. But not too much time where you lose focus of what you’re working on.

After you complete your first 3 hours, it’s helpful to space your appointments 2-4 weeks apart.

For follow-ups that are longer than 3 months apart, it’s beneficial to have a 1 ½ hour session.

Remember it is important not to be discouraged if your life isn’t perfect after one session. Your life is complex. It may take a few sessions to get the outcome you want. Be patient and active with your healing process. 


Can I do online sessions?

Yes, sessions can be done in person, telephone or zoom.
